Moon of the Atlas is a contemporary textile artwork by LM3LEM 3LALE, born from the meeting of Moroccan heritage and an uncompromising artistic vision.

Layer by layer, fragments of Moroccan textile tradition are brought together to create a composition rich in texture, movement and subtle contrasts. Nothing is perfectly uniform — and that is precisely where its beauty lives. Each irregularity, thread and woven detail carries the presence of the human hand.

Inspired by the atmosphere of the Atlas and the quiet glow of a moonlit Moroccan landscape, Moon of the Atlas transforms traditional textile heritage into a refined contemporary statement.

Created by LM3LEM 3LALE, whose work explores the meeting point between Moroccan craftsmanship, memory and modern art, this piece is intentionally unique. Its composition cannot be perfectly reproduced, making every artwork part of its own story.
